It has already been 4 years since I first went to the Olympics, and I realise that I have improved so much. I will be at Sochi with a more mature attitude compared to 4 years ago and a great desire to do well.

In this last month and a half, we have been training at the Passo dello Stelvio. It went really well even if the weather wasn’t that great. A massive thank you goes to the Capitani family who supported us in this last month, giving us all the help possible to best prepare ourselves for the Olympic season. We have been continuously training at Passo dello Stelvio since Autumn 2010 and I think that they are the greatest conditions to train in. When you are in Italy, you always feel at home!

In these past few days, I made a really quick video to remind you that there are only “CENTO” (ONE HUNDRED in italian) days until the Sochi Olympics. It was so much fun: the most important word was 100!! All of my other team mates are in the video, even the National Paralympic teammates: Luca Righetti, Riccardo Tondi and Giuseepe Comunale who are all coached by Silvia Bresciani.

They were AWESOME and I added them to this video with great pleasure. Watching them train, I understood that our limits are endless and the words “I can’t” do not exist. In my opinion, they are a great example to follow. I wish them the best of luck for their first Boardercross Paralympics.

On Saturday we leave for Fuertaventura. We are going back to the beach to relax and maybe surf a little. Then we move to Cervinia for 3 weeks of training: the last before the competitions!! The season is coming fast and I am giving it my all! Until next time!!
